Smunchy Homemade Peanut Butter

It is not smooth and it is not crunchy, it is the best texture you could ask for and so easy to make it at home!

Ingredients

750g of peanuts (approx 450g once shelled)
4 tbsp of peanut oil (or sunflower oil)

Method

  • Shell peanuts and roast in the oven at 180 C for about 15 minutes.
  • Let them cool completely and blend in an electric blender with oil (this will help the blending) until you reach your favourite consistency.

Pour into a glass jar and store in the fridge up to 3 months.
